Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Intelligenza (intelligenza.cc) is a visual email journey builder and automation product. Intelligenza is a Pivony brand. For privacy requests, contact hello@intelligenza.cc.

2. Scope

This policy covers (a) visitors to our marketing website, (b) users of the Intelligenza application (accounts, workspaces, journeys, contacts, and related features), and (c) recipients of emails sent through the product when we act as a processor on behalf of a customer.

3. Data we collect

Depending on how you interact with Intelligenza, we may process:

• Account data: name, email, password hash, workspace membership, and authentication metadata.
• Customer content: contacts, tags, segments, templates, journeys, campaigns, events, and preference/unsubscribe records you upload or generate.
• Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate timestamps (including via cookies or similar technologies where enabled).
• Support communications: messages you send to hello@intelligenza.cc.

4. How we use data

We use personal data to:

• Provide, secure, and improve the Intelligenza service.
• Authenticate users and manage workspaces.
• Send transactional product emails (e.g. login-related or system notices) and, where permitted, product updates.
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.

5. Roles: controller vs processor

For marketing-site visitors and Intelligenza account holders, Pivony/Intelligenza typically acts as a controller.

For contact lists and journey/email content belonging to a customer workspace, we generally act as a processor: the customer controls that data and is responsible for having a lawful basis to process and message their audience.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure and email delivery providers that process data on our instructions (for example hosting and transactional/marketing email APIs), and when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

7. Retention

We retain account and product data for as long as your workspace remains active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Customers may delete contacts and related records from the product subject to technical and legal limits.

8. Security

We apply administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the service (access controls, encrypted transport, and least-privilege practices). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact hello@intelligenza.cc. If we process data for a customer as processor, we may direct your request to that customer.

10. International transfers

Data may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
